INFLUENCERS aftercare ministry

preparation aftercare class

Preparing men for life after prison

Our Preparation Aftercare Classes are designed to prepare men for life after prison with the necessary tools and resources needed to make a smooth transition. We offer these classes within the correctional facilities nationwide through the Pre-Release and Work Release programs.

We also offer these Preparation Aftercare Classes through the court system assisting the Judges and District Attorney with the Community Correction Programs.

Release Date / Leaving Prison

When the ex-prisoner leaves the prison gates our experienced trained reentry volunteers make sure he or she has safe housing, food, clothing and the many other key supports.

During the early days after release ex-prisoners need daily encouragement and assistance until the crisis levels needed are resolved. Then they need continued weekly contact, spiritual guidance, and emotional support as they find employment and begin to rebuild relationships and adapt to their new life outside of prison.

"I was in prison and you came unto me" Matthew 25:36

STABILIZATION AFTERCARE

LIFE AFTER PRISON

Volunteers continue to disciple and assist the ex-prisoner forward establishing consistent personal healthy relationships, spiritual growth and church commitment. One very important sign of stabilization is when the ex-prisoner becomes involved in serving others in the community instead of expecting to be served. This phase of reentry is our long-term aftercare program which is an on-going process.

Congratulations!!!

Using this time to get our heads together and to get things right with God!   Thank you JESUS!  At first I didn't know if I could really make it in here, but since I have turned everything over to Jesus my life has changed and my mind has been renewed!!!!!!!
