As C.O.O. of the Kemp Foundation one of my goals is to expand our reach into the Criminal Justice System in Mississippi and change the old "Jim Crow Laws" that hinder Offenders & Ex-Offenders keeping them disenfranchised.

As a member of the National Redemption Project this will allow us to extend our Programs & Services not only in Mississippi but Nationally.
